Opendoor NHV - Oostende 07-10-2007

For the occasion of "Open Factories day" three companies based at/near Ostend airport opened their gates to the public. Nothsea Helicopters Vlaanderen was one of them to show their daily tasks to the many visitors that day.

From 24 till 28 September a secret exercise of some European police forces was held at the Belgian coast. The helicopters were based at Zeebrugge, but 2 days they practiced at the Ostend harbour.

This very nice meeting consisting of a flying display of 5 hours held at 30km from Lille was blessed with nice weather and the public was placed at about 10m from the runway!!!
